Drilling manifold is composed of mud gate valve, high pressure union, tee, high-pressure hose, elbow, pressure gage and spacer spool, etc. Surface valve set is structured as goose-shaped tee, so it has the features of compact structure, low hydraulic resistance and total power. Valve set on drill floor is structured as reducing spool, so it is suitable for single tube and easy to use onsite. High pressure union is made of high-strength alloy steel, forged in special die and through heat treatment and numerical control machining. Spherical surface and conical surface help seal ring with sealing. The structural advantages are good for quick loading and unloading operation. Both the ram and valve seat of mud gate valve are made of hard alloy in the form of spray welding, so they are characterized by abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, so that the span life of valve is prolonged greatly. In addition, it is characterized by low operating torque and easy on-off. The elbow of manifold, reducing spool, tee and cross are casted or forged of high-strength alloy steel, the tube wall thickened properly, and through heat treatment, so they can fully meet the requirements of intensity and corrosion resistance. In order to keep high quality, we use special processing technology to the parts of high demands for precision, and hydrostatic pressure intensity and seal test are made on the parts to be used under high pressure before assembled. |
